Cyprus

Borders are open with restrictions.

These passengers are allowed to enter:

  • citizens and residents of Cyprus;
  • spouses, children and parents of citizens of Cyprus;
  • citizens of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland;
  • those arriving from one of the following countries:
    Andorra, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao, Malta, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Rwanda, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Uruguay, USA, Indonesia;
  • holders of a valid vaccination certificate issued by one of these countries:
  • holders of an EU Digital COVID Certificate (EU DCC) holding a positive test. The test must be issued no less than 14 days and no more than 180 days;
  • those who have a COVID-19 recovery certificate if they received at least 1 dose of approved vaccine.

To enter the country passenger must complete Cyprus Flight Pass no less than 48 hours before the departure. It may be obtained online.

Every arriving passenger must have a negative COVID-19 test result (RT-PCR or antigen). The test must have been taken no more than 72 hours before departure for RT-PCR (or 24 hours for antigen).
This rule doesn’t apply to the following passengers:

  • children younger than 12 years;

Approved vaccines are AstraZeneca (Covishield, SK Bioscience, Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac, Sputnik V. The certificate must be issued in one of these countries:
Andorra, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russian Fed., Rwanda, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Uruguay, USA.

The final dose of vaccine must be received no less than 14 days before arrival (for citizens of Cyprus, their children and spouses, and residents of Cyprus just the 1st dose of approved vaccine is enough).

Upon arrival all passengers shall be tested for COVID-19 on their own expense.
