Borders are open. Currently there are no imposed COVID-related restrictions.

The new regulations are valid until March 31, 2024.
The programme includes meetings with authors, seminars, and autograph sessions.
The theatre companies from Belarus and Russia will perform in front of the audience, and master classes will be organised by the directors every day.
The flight time is 3 hours and 30 minutes. Tickets cost from $70 one way.
From March 1 an additional fee of EUR 50 for PROMO and LIGHT fares and EUR 25 for SMART fares was introduced.
It will become easier to issue certificates, powers of attorney and other documents.
