The new self-service kiosks are designed to minimise passengers’ waiting time before boarding.
The digital consultant helps answer travellers’ queries regarding flight status, baggage rules, check-in procedure, loyalty programmes and ticket refunds. It handles queries in four languages – Hindi, English, German and French.
Passengers can scan their passports, get boarding tickets and check in their luggage themselves. There are no staff at the counters, only touch-screen panels.
