Country`s borders status
This rule doesn’t apply to flights from the following countries: Algeria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, USA, Ukraine or UAE.
These passengers are allowed to enter:
- citizens, residents of Uzbekistan and their family members;
Citizens and residents of Australia, Austria, Denmark, Italy, Netherlands and South Africa and people who have been there in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter and transit until 01 March 2021.
This doesn’t apply to citizens of Uzbekistan.
Passengers arriving from Algeria, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Canada, Egypt, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Nepal, Netherlands, Oman, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, USA, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates or United Kingdom must have medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 test result. The certificate must be issued no more than 72 hours before arrival. The certificate must be in English or Russian.
Arriving passengers are subject to quarantine.
Effective 25 December 2020 arricing people are subject to a COVID-19 Rapid Antigen test upon arrival.
Any transit without a valid visa issuied by Uzbekistan is not possible at the moment.
