Country`s borders status.

United Kingdom borders are open with strict restrictions.

Flights from UAE, Qatar, Oman and Ethiopia are suspended.


Passengers who have been in the past 10 days in Afghanistan, Angola, Argentina, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Botswana, Brazil, Burundi, Cape Verde, Chile, Colombia, DR Congo, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Egypt, Eswatini, Ethiopia, French Guiana, Guyana, India, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Maldives, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Rwanda, Seychelles, Somalia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Suriname, Tanzania, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, UAE, Uruguay, Venezuela, Zambia or Zimbabwe are not allowed to enter. This rule doesn’t apply to citizens and residents of Ireland and the United Kingdom.


Passengers arriving from the abovementioned countries who are eligible to enter must comply with the following rules:

  • they must have Quarantine Package (hotel booking and COVID-19 tests) for 11 days;
  • arrive in one of these airports: Birmingham (BHX), Farnborough (FAB), Gatwick (LGW), Heathrow (LHR) or London City (LCY).

Also they will be quarantined and will not be able to take part in the “Test to Release” programm.

All arriving passengers must comply with 10 days self-isolation and present a completed “Public Health Passenger Locator Form” on arrival. It may be obtained online. Transit passengers must complete this form as well.

Transit passengers must complete this form as well. For those who are not in transit the form must include the booking reference number for the 2 COVID-19 tests or the booking reference number for the quarantine hotel booking.


Arriving passengers, including those who are in transit must have negative COVID-19 test result. The test must:

  • be issued no more than 3 days before departure from the first embarkation point;
  • be in French, English or Spanish;
  • have Antigen, LAMP, nucleic or PCR test results;
  • details of passenger must be the same with details in ID;
  • must contain contacts of laboratory that issued the test.

This rule doesn’t applies to:

  • children younger than 11 years;
  • passengers arriving from Ireland;

Arriving passengers will be tested for a coronavirus on day 2 and day 8 after arrival at their own expences. They must have a confirmation of payment for that test which may be obtained online.


Passengers from Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Falkland Isl., Faroe Isl., Gibraltar, Iceland, Israel, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore or St. Helena will be tested only on day 2 of their stay.


The Test to Realese programm has been launched on 15 December 2020. Passenger may finish his self-isolation sooner, if he tested negative to covid. The test may be taken no less than 5 days after arrival in England. Kindly reminder: Test to Realese is for England only.
