Seychelles: restrictions and entry requirements 2022

Borders are open with restrictions.

Arriving people must:

  • have a negative PCR test result of a test taken 72 hours before travel. No quarantine is required. However, visitors are strongly encouraged to be fully immunized before travel and follow all the health measures;
  • have valid travel health insurance that covers, at minimum COVID-19 testing, isolation, quarantine and clinical care;
  • upon check-in present a valid Health Travel Authorization (HTA) to their respective airline company for verification;
  • ensure that accommodation bookings are made only at licensed establishments or liveaboards that have been certified by the Public Health Authority. Here is the list and the website

All fully immunised visitors will therefore be exempted from pre-travel PCR test requirement, while unvaccinated or partially vaccinated visitors will be required to present a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours or a rapid antigen test done in a certified laboratory within 24hrs before departure to Seychelles
