Borders of Seychelles are open for all visitors except those arriving from South Africa or have been to South Africa within 14 days.
Arriving people must:
- have a negative PCR test result of a test taken 72 hours before travel. No quarantine is required. However, visitors are strongly encouraged to be fully immunized before travel and follow all the health measures;
- have valid travel health insurance that covers, at minimum COVID-19 testing, isolation, quarantine and clinical care;
- upon check-in present a valid Health Travel Authorization (HTA) to their respective airline company for verification;
- ensure that accommodation bookings are made only at licensed establishments or liveaboards that have been certified by the Public Health Authority. Here is the list and the website
