JetBlue and Emirates have terminated the codeshare agreement.

Emirates is now preparing to collaborate with Air Canada and United Airlines, while JetBlue continues to work with Qatar Airways. Recall that JetBlue lost $188m in August, which did not stop it from buying Spirit Airlines.
