Borders are open with restrictions.

Every passenger must have one of the following:

  • negative PCR COVID-19 PCR test result. Must be issued no more than 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point;
  • negative rapid antigen test result. Must be issued no more than 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point;
  • positive test result issued between 10 and 180 days and a recovery certificate;
  • vaccination certificate stating that the final dose of vaccine was received no more than 6 months before arrival;
  • a certificate stating that its holder may not be vaccinated due to medical reasons.

Citizens and residents of Montenegro instead of providing negative covid test result or valid certificates may comply with 10 days self-isolation.

It’s not necessary to have any COVID-related documents for passengers under 18 years.
