Passengers who have been in the last 14 days in Albania, Australia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Israel, Kosovo, Lebanon, North Macedonia, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore or USA must be holders of medical certificate with negative COVID-19 PCR test result or positive coronavirus antibody test (IgC). The certificate must be issued no more than 72 hours before arrival.
