Guatemala: restrictions and entry requirements 2022

Borders are open with restrictions.

Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result taken not more than 3 days before departure. The test must be based on a swab. Alternatively everyone older than 12 years may provide a vaccination certificate stating that it’s holder fully vaccinated at least 2 weeks before departure.

These passengers don’t need a negative test result:

  • children under 10;
  • passengers with a positive COVID-19 test result issued at most 3 months before arrival and proof of medical discharge issued at least 10 days after the positive test.
