Borders are open with restrictions.

These passengers are allowed to enter:

  • holders of a completed Travel Certificate;
  • children under 12;
  • holders of a COVID-19 vaccination certificate and accompanying children under 18. The certificate must state that they received:
  • the first vaccine dose of Janssen at least 28 days before arrival; or
  • the second vaccine dose of AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covishield, Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech at least 7 days before arrival; or
  • the first vaccine dose of AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covishield, Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech at least 7 days before arrival and proof of the previous COVID-19 infection.

People arriving from Afghanistan, Argentina, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Congo (Dem. Rep.), Costa Rica, Cuba, India, Indonesia, Maldives, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Paraguay, the Russian Federation, Seychelles, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Suriname, Tunisia, Uruguay or Zambia must have a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test taken not more than 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. 

People arriving from a country other than mentioned above must have:

  • a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken not more than 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point; or
  • a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken not more than 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.

These rules don’t apply to children under 12.

 

Arriving people could be subject to self-isolation or quarantine for up to 10 days. 

This doesn’t apply to holders of a COVID-19 vaccination certificate and accompanying children younger than 18. The certificate must state that they received:

  • the first vaccine dose of Janssen at least 28 days before arrival; or
  • the second vaccine dose of AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covishield, Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech at least 7 days before arrival; or
  • the first vaccine dose of AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covishield, Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech at least 7 days before arrival and proof of the previous infection with COVID-19.
