Cook Islands: restrictions and entry requirements 2022

Borders are closed. There are few exceptions, however.

Flights from New Zealand are suspended. This doesn’t apply to repatriation flights.

These passengers are allowed to enter:

• Cook Islanders;
• holders of a permanent residence permit;
• holders of an entry permit issued by the Cook Islands;
• those who have been in the Cook Islands or New Zealand for 14 consecutive days before traveling to the Cook Islands.

Arriving people must complete the “Online Contact Information” form at least 24 hours before departure.
