Borders are open with restrictions.

Visa on arrival facilities are suspended.

Arriving people must have:

  • a negative COVID-19 PCR test in Armenian, English or Russian taken not more than 72 hours before arrival (the test result must have a signature and a stamp from a laboratory); or
  • a COVID-19 vaccination certificate stating that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival with AstraZeneca, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V at least 14 days before arrival, or with Janssen at least 28 days before arrival.

Those arriving without any of these are subject to a PCR test upon arrival at their own expense and self-isolation until test results are ready. This does not apply to children younger than 7 years.

People arriving from the Russian Federation must present the vaccination certificate through the “Traveling without COVID-19” mobile application.

Arriving people are subject to medical screening.

Passengers could be subject to self-isolation for 14 days.
