Angola: restrictions and entry requirements 2022

Borders are open with some restrictions

Passengers must have:

  • a printed negative COVID-19 test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test certificate must be in English, French, Mandarin or Portuguese and a valid vaccination certificate, showing that they were fully vaccinated; OR
  • a printed negative COVID-19 test taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test certificate must be in English, French, Mandarin or Portuguese.

Children under 18 don’t need to have a vaccination certificate.

Arriving people:

  • are subject to a COVID-19 rapid antigen test upon arrival at their own expense. They can pay for the COVID-19 test before departure here or upon arrival;
  • are subject to quarantine for 7 days. This doesn’t apply to holders of a valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated.
